Minimise a chat
When you’re in a conversation and navigate to tasks or other pages, the chat minimises into a small floating window at the bottom of your screen.
Quick access
Click the minimised chat window to expand it and continue your conversation. You can send messages directly from the expanded mini window without leaving your current page.
Multiple conversations
You can have multiple minimised chat windows open at the same time, allowing you to monitor several conversations while working on tasks.
Close minimised chats
Click the close button on a minimised window to dismiss it. This doesn’t delete the conversation — you can always return to it from the main chat page.
