If you belong to multiple teams or organisations, Workly lets you switch between workspaces without logging out.
Switch workspaces
- Click the workspace name in the top of the sidebar
- See a list of all your workspaces
- Click the workspace you want to switch to
The app immediately loads the selected workspace with all its projects, chats, and members.
Create a new workspace
From the workspace switcher, you can also create a new workspace:
- Click the workspace switcher
- Select Create Workspace
- Enter the workspace name
- Invite members
Join a workspace
Accept an invitation to join another workspace. The new workspace appears in your workspace list, and you can switch to it at any time.
Each workspace is separate
Workspaces are completely separate environments. Each has its own:
- Projects and tasks
- Chat conversations and channels
- Members and roles
- Meetings and recordings
- AI agents and integrations
