Move, share, or clean up many files at once with bulk actions in Workly Drive.
Select multiple items
Each Drive item shows a checkbox on hover. Click the checkboxes for everything you want to act on. As soon as you have one item selected, the selection action bar appears at the bottom showing the count.

From the action bar you can:
- Download — for files
- Share — open the Share dialog for the entire selection
- Star / Unstar
- Pin to quick access / Unpin
- Info — open the side panel with details and activity

- Delete (owner only) — items move to Trash
Clear the selection
Click the X on the selection bar to clear all selected items in one go. Clicking outside the selection or scrolling does not lose your selection.

- Copy — Creates a duplicate at the destination
- Archive — Hides the item from the main view but keeps it. Restore any time.
- Delete — Sends the item to Trash
